The cartouche has the classic Nefertiti image, the feather of Ma’at, and the Eye of Ra (Re).
The Goddess Ma’at is the personification of truth, justice, and the cosmic order. She, and her feather, represent the concept of balance and order in Ancient Egypt.
The Eye of Horus, also known as wadjet, is an Ancient Egyptian symbol of protection, royal power, and good health.
This size can be seen in the photos – about 2 inches long. It comes on a 20 inch goldplated chain.
