Processing time

Orders are normally processed on the same day received and shipped via USPS first class parcel post. In some cases the time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international shipments. There may be unpredictable delays due to customs.


We accept payment by credit card, Paypal and cryptocurrency. Iseum Sanctuary keeps your payment information secure and never receives your credit card information.


We gladly accept returns

Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products, including herbal products such as smudges and incense.
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
